AlertPay is an internet payment service allowing you to send and receive money online securely and quickly.

Member to Member Transfer
Send a payment to an AlertPay member by creating a transaction. Payments are instant and both parties will receive a confirmation email for proof of payment.
Member to Non-Member Transfer
Non-members can also receive payments from members. They will receive an email informing them that they have received money through AlertPay and that they must complete the free registration process to claim their funds.

Member to Merchant Member
Make payments for products or services online. Once a member places an order on the merchant’s website, you will be transferred to the AlertPay secure server to complete the order process. Payments are instant and both parties will receive a confirmation email for proof of payment.

 

Is my information safe with AlertPay?

Is my money safe with AlertPay?

Funds in your account belongs to you, AlertPay is temporarily holding the funds until you are ready to use them for payments or purchases online. Your primary password and transaction password are known only to you and ensures that you are the sole person who can access the funds in your account. Our secure servers and application structure ensure only the appropriate people have access to AlertPay’s information.

What are the different account types?

Personal Starter Account

A Personal Starter is the perfect account to send and receive money from friends, family and occasionally payments. Personal Starter accounts do not have selling tools, but do have easy funding and withdrawal methods. Sending and receiving money is free up to $400 a month for receiving.

Personal Pro Account

A Personal Pro account gives you access to numerous online selling tools to help you thrive online if you are an active seller or you an avid online shopper.

Business Account

A Business account is tailored to meet all the needs of your online business. If you are managing a business under your business name, this is the account for you. You will have access to numerous online business tools to help your business grow online.

Is there a fee to open an AlertPay account?

Opening an account is absolutely free. Fees are charged upon receiving funds to your AlertPay account.

 

How can I deposit funds to my AlertPay account?

AlertPay has several funding methods to deposit money into your AlertPay account.

  • Bank Wire
  • Bank Transfer
  • Certified/Cashier’s Check
  • Money Order

Can I cancel my deposit transaction for a bank transfer?

You cannot cancel a deposit transaction for a bank transfer once you have confirmed the transfer. This is an automatic process and cannot be cancelled. Therefore there is no option to cancel a deposit transaction.

You can transfer the funds back to your bank account once the transfer is complete but it will require you to create a withdrawal transaction to your bank account from your AlertPay account. This can take up to 5 business days.
