At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression “PEPENG” {PARMA} was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 80 kms East Northeast of Tuguegarao City (17.9°N, 122.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move west slowly.

Tropical Depression “PEPENG” is still in the vicinity of Cagayan and is moving westward slowly.
