At 4:00 p.m., today, Tropical Depression "PEPENG" {PARMA} was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 130 kms West of Vigan City (17.3°N 119.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West at 13 kph.
