At 2:00 a.m., today, Typhoon "RAMIL" was located at 1,160 kms East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.0°N 134.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph. It is forecast to move Nothwest slowly. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Luzon and Visayas.
