Based on the Philippine National Police’s 2006 report, an average of 41 traffic accidents occur in a day  due to driver errors, mechanical defects, over speeding, cell phone use while driving , driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, etc. (Don’t you just hate those using cell phones while driving on the road especially when they are just in front of you?)
