Hacked: Bulacan Local Government website
A local government website (Hagonoy, Bulacan website) has been hacked by someone claiming to be a team of Chinese hackers. Their message: “Do not despise our grief”. What seems to be started by the hostage taking in Manila which claimed lives of Hong Kong nationals, this seems like the Chinese hackers community are taking it out to cyberspace.
