At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression “Domeng” was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 240 km Southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.3°N 124.2°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Southwest at 19 kph. Meanwhile a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 940 km East of Luzon (16.5°N 132.5°E).

Good news! Got my new Blackberry!
Bad news…My SIM card was only activated after 5 days! That’s after calling their customer service hotline three times following it up after waiting for their 24 hours SIM activation grace period, and going to one of their business centers waiting for more than an hour in line. Even worse, as if 5 days of waiting wasn’t enough, I had to wait for my Blackberry Internet Service from Globe for another day! The reason: Globe had to “refresh” their setting.
