Typhoon Pepeng {Parma} as of 9 AM, 2009-Oct-09; Downgraded to Tropical Depression
At 4:00 a.m., today, Tropical Depression “PEPENG” {PARMA} was estimated based on satellite and surface data in the vicinity of Ilocos Sur or 60 kms North Northwest of Baguio City (17.2°N 120.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West slowly.
